Building Talent Foundation (BTF) and the U.S. Army Reserve Private Public Partnership Office (P3O) have joined forces to address the shortage of skilled workers in the residential construction industry by offering personalized career coaching and job search support to Army Reserve soldiers and their families. Through the partnership, BTF will provide access to its extensive network of education and training partners, as well as more than 1,000 employers, BTF said in a recent press release.

The partnership leverages the valuable skills of members of the Army Reserve and offers opportunities for career advancement while addressing the construction industry’s widening labor shortage and promoting diversity in the skilled trades.
