Get the inside scoop on The Healthy/Clean Home, one of our Show Village immersive experiences, from Thrive Home Builders’ Chief Operating Officer Stephen Myers and the Environmental Protection Agency’s Nick Hurst, program manager of the Indoor airPLUS program.
In the latest HorizonTV video, Myers highlights some of the healthy features inside the home and explains its benefit to the occupant. The Healthy/Clean Home, and two other Show Village homes, can be toured virtually now at pbshowvillage.com.
“Electrification isn’t just a carbon benefit, and it isn’t something that we as builders may have to be doing for code compliance somewhere off in the future,” says Myers. “It has a huge indoor air quality benefit as well. In this series we have induction cooking as an option for any buyer coming into this home.”
